1. Who operates NursPal
NursPal is an online nursing education and exam-preparation service operated in Nigeria by Oyeniyi Moyosoluwa Samuel as an individual proprietor. References to “NursPal”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean that service and its operator.
2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using NursPal, you agree to these Terms, acknowledge the Privacy Notice, and agree to any policies expressly incorporated here. If you do not agree, do not create or use an account.
3. Eligibility and young learners
- You must be at least 16 years old to register.
- Learners aged 16 or 17 must provide the email address and relationship of a parent or responsible guardian. After the learner verifies their own email, that person receives a separate, secure review link and must actively confirm or reject the request. Opening the link alone is not approval.
- A guardian review that is still pending does not, by itself, pause ordinary learning, saved progress or Premium access. NursPal keeps the review status as a separate young-learner protection record.
- You must be legally able to enter this agreement, or use NursPal with the consent required for you under applicable law.
4. Registration information
You confirm that the name, age, email, institution, programme, study stage, guardian relationship and other information you provide are truthful, accurate and not deliberately falsified. You must keep information that can be edited in your Profile reasonably current. An institution entered through “Other” may be held for review and does not become a verified NursPal institution merely because it was submitted.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you reasonably believe the account has been compromised.
5. What NursPal provides
NursPal provides study notes, practice questions, mock examinations, learning pathways, progress tools and related educational features. Some features are free and some may be marked Premium. We may improve, correct, reorganise or retire content and features as the product develops.
NursPal is an independent preparation platform. It is not NMCN, JAMB, a university, college or school of nursing, and it is not officially endorsed by those bodies unless we expressly state otherwise. Content is educational support, not clinical or medical advice, and use does not guarantee admission, certification or an examination result.
6. Premium access and payment
- The launch offer is a one-time 30-day Premium pass with a base price of ₦2,000. The complete amount, including any Paystack processing charge passed to the buyer, is shown before payment.
- Premium starts or extends only after Paystack confirms the transaction.
- There is no automatic renewal in this version. Buying another pass while Premium is active adds 30 days after the existing expiry.
- Your learning progress is retained when Premium expires, but eligibility to open Premium content is then removed until access is purchased again.
Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- share, sell or transfer your account or access credentials;
- bypass registration, payment, pathway, sequencing or access controls;
- copy, scrape, republish, sell or systematically extract NursPal content without written permission;
- interfere with security, introduce malicious code, overload the service, impersonate another person or use false registration data;
- use NursPal for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent activity.
8. Content and intellectual property
NursPal's software, branding, learning materials, question banks, designs and original content are owned by or licensed to NursPal. While your account is permitted, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use available content for your own study. No ownership is transferred to you.
9. Availability and account action
We work to keep NursPal available and accurate, but internet services can experience maintenance, provider outages, errors or content corrections. We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect learners, investigate misuse, comply with law or enforce these Terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the action and provide a route to contact us.
10. Responsibility and legal limits
You remain responsible for your study decisions, examination registration and professional conduct. To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, NursPal is not responsible for indirect losses or for failures outside our reasonable control. We do not exclude liability or consumer protections that the law does not allow us to exclude.
11. Changes and governing law
We may revise these Terms as NursPal develops. Material changes will be presented with an updated version or effective date and, where appropriate, a fresh acceptance request. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We encourage you to contact us first so a complaint can be investigated promptly; this does not remove any right to approach a regulator or court.
