Refund policy

A practical policy for digital Premium access.

This policy explains when a NursPal Premium payment may qualify for a refund, what information we need, and how payment-processing charges are handled.

Effective 22 August 2026 · Version 2026-08-22-v2

1. The Premium product

NursPal Premium is a one-time digital access pass. The current launch offer has a base price of ₦2,000 and provides 30 days of access after a successful Paystack verification. There is no automatic renewal. Where Paystack adds a processing charge to the buyer's checkout, the complete amount is shown before payment approval.

2. When a refund may be approved

We will investigate a refund request fairly. A refund may be approved where we confirm, for example:

  • the same intended purchase was charged more than once;
  • Paystack confirmed a successful payment but Premium access was not delivered and NursPal could not restore it within a reasonable time;
  • a material NursPal service failure prevented meaningful use of the paid access and we could not remedy it; or
  • a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

3. Requests that normally do not qualify

  • changing your mind after digital access has started;
  • not using the pass, forgetting its expiry, or buying it early;
  • problems caused only by your device, data connection, lost login credentials or an unsupported attempt to share an account;
  • dissatisfaction with an examination outcome, since NursPal does not guarantee admission, certification or examination success; or
  • requests involving misuse or breach of the Terms of Use.

These examples do not remove any refund or consumer right that applies by law.

4. Paystack processing charges

Paystack's original transaction processing charge may not be returned to NursPal when a transaction is refunded. Where the law permits, a refund may therefore exclude a non-recoverable processing charge that was clearly displayed and passed to the buyer. We will show the actual treatment when responding to the request. A fee will not be withheld where doing so would violate an applicable consumer right.

5. How to request a review

Contact us promptly at oyeniyimoyosoluwasamuel@gmail.com or WhatsApp +234 814 084 7689. Include:

  • the email address on your NursPal account;
  • the Paystack or NursPal transaction reference;
  • the payment date and a brief explanation of the problem; and
  • any relevant screenshot that does not expose financial secrets.

Never send your card number, PIN, password or OTP. We will verify the transaction in our records and with Paystack where necessary. We aim to give an initial decision within five business days, although a bank or payment provider may need additional time to return an approved refund.

6. Disputes and contact

We encourage you to contact NursPal first so we can investigate and resolve the problem. This does not remove any lawful right to contact Paystack, your bank, a consumer-protection authority or a court.
